It is possible to cancel or make changes to your order before it is dispatched.
Please contact us and we will cancel or amend the order for you immediately.
To make change to your order, we will contact you to provide your payment details over the phone if the new total cost is over the original order total cost.
For order's payment was made by AliPay payment, we will charge 5% handling fee if customer require to cancel the order before it is dispatched.
if you find any items are missing from your order:
Please first carefully check your delivery note and see if your items are marked as out of stock contact us immediately if you are sure the items are incorrect.
We will either send the correct items or issue the refund.
You may be asked to return the incorrect items. If this is the case we will cover any return postage costs.
Parcel can occasionally get damaged during transit. If you have received any damaged items, please accept our apologies, take a photo as proof and contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a refund or replacement.
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.Parcel can occasionally get damaged during transit.
